The 56th Delta Bowling Tournament

Tuesday & Wednesday, April 7th & 8th, 2015

Tournament Ruless

  1. Eligibility: The tournament is open to all bowlers, 18 yrs of age or older. Male and female
  2. Tournament fees will be $30.00 per person per event. A total of $90.00 per person if entering all events.
  3. All events consist of (9) games bring bowled, Three (3) in singles, three (3) in doubles and three (3) in team play. IF YOU BOWL SINGLES YOU MUST BOWL DOUBLES
  4. Signles will be bowled on Tuesday April 7th, followed by doubles. A Single-Doubles system on the same lanes will be used. If you bowl on 1 and 2 for signles, you will bowl on 1 and 2 for doubles. The team event will be on Wednesday April 8th.
  5. Practice balls will be allowed before singles and team events. NO practice balls will be allowed before the doubles event.
  6. For new bowlers, tournament averages will be determined after the bowler has bowled in all their events. Handicap will be based on: (3) games (team event) (6) games (singles and doubles only) (9) games (singles, doubles and team) Canculation: Handicap will be 75% of 200 pins.
  7. Bowlers will qualfiy only once for scratch or handicap in each event. If you win scratch you cannot win handicap. Scratch will take precedence.
  8. The automatic scorers are the offical scorekeepers.
  9. Check in time will be sixty (60) minutes prior to scheduled bowling time.
  10. By USBC rule, one lane courtesy will in effect.
  11. Any questions or disputes arising, will be decided by the committee. their decision will be final.
  12. Any rule not covered here will be governed by USBC rules. This is not a sanction tournament.
  13. If a bowler is not present for his assigned shift, an established bowler will receive their avg. Minus 10 pins plus handicap. A new bowler: will use a vacant score of 120 plus 60 pins handicap.
  14. A bowler that bowls in more than (1) one shift, their score for their assigned shift will count for all event.
  15. Entries are on a first come, first serve basis.
  16. Please conduct yourself in a manner becoming the professional people we are. We would like to come back next year and have you back also. Good luck and good bowling.
  17. All walk-ins will be required to pay the entry fee of $30.00 per event, including subs

Singles & Doubles: Tuesday April 7th, 2015 - 9:30 am & 1:30 pm

Team Event: Wednesday, April 8th, 2015 - 10:00 am

TEAMS WILL CONSIST OF (4) FOUR BOWLERS

**CUT OFF DATE FOR APPLICATIONS WILL BE MARCH 15th, 2015**
